ERT Career is led by Tony Roe, an experienced management consultant, coach and mediator. He has worked in a broad range of sectors and developed innovative programmes which have been delivered in both Ireland and Europe. He is supported by a number of experienced professional consultants with complementary skills and sector knowledge.
For any intervention, it is important that the client is engaged in the process and takes ownership for their career transition outcome. To support this, we work to make sure that our clients grow in confidence and acquire the important skills to manage new career challenges into the future.
We recognise that any change can be daunting and know it is important that clients have a point of contact during the programme, not just when face to face with a consultant. That is why we provide clients with easy access to consultants for the duration of the contract, ensuring questions and concerns are quickly addressed and are dealt with quickly.
